● Features and application:
Hot work tool steel is nickel-free steel forging dies, performance and 5CrNiMo steel close. Production side ≤ 400mm for medium-sized hammer forging die.
● Chemical Composition:
Carbon C: 0.50 ~ 0.60
Si Si: 0.25 ~ 0.60
Manganese Mn: 1.20 ~ 1.60
Sulfur S: ≤ 0.030
Phosphorus P: ≤ 0.030
Chromium Cr: 0.60 ~ 0.90
Ni: to allow the residual content of ≤ 0.25
Copper Cu: to allow the residual content of ≤ 0.30
Mo Mo: 0.15 ~ 0.30
● Mechanical Properties:
Hardness: Annealed, 241 ~ 197HB, indentation diameter of 3.9 ~ 4.3mm
● Heat treatment and microstructure specifications:
Standard heat treatment: quenching, 820 ~ 850 ℃ oil cooling.
● Delivery status: the status of delivery of steel to annealing.
