General Information XAR 400 is a high wear resistance of the special structural steel, in general, the higher the hardness, wear resistance is higher. This wear-resistant special structural steel, the average hardness of 400HB, after quenching, or quenching and grown up, have a good martensitic - bainitic microstructure. Molybdenum, nickel, boron alloy added to ensure uniform texture throughout the thickness direction.
Uses for wear - exposed structures, such as prospecting and bulldozers protective plate, shell wall. Support or reinforcement plate; truck turned body cutting board. Wear plate; hybrid components and transmission components, chute channel, display, machine tools, co-mill crushers, scrap briquetting presses, blade, paving grinding and agricultural machinery.
